Easy to get hired Help Desk position can lead to other jobs in IT Working remotely

Poor pay compared to other similar companies. They are hiring at $13.50/hr currently for a full-time Tier 1 call center position. Turnover is extremely high because team members have no incentive to stay. Absolutely no job security. If you are laid off, you will not know until the moment you lose your job through no fault of your own. Management structure barely exists. Rules are only enforced when management decides they should be. Feedback is inconsistent, and putting forth extra effort usually will not be rewarded. This leads to a culture of burnout. There is some advancement from entry-level positions, but no further. The company expects people to leave for another company, so they don't see value in training employees. Management has said this explicitly in conversations to my former coworkers.
