The people are so friendly and welcoming and the culture is casual, laidback and supportive in a very natural and authentic way. Even though we're working with some super intelligent and accomplished folks, egos are low and people , even top leadership are super open to challenging ideas and having open dialogue. The work is exciting and impactful, really getting to take on challenging and meaningful projects to grow.
