Vantaggi

While most leaders in a given field tend to get complacent and replaced, RMS is embracing a time of unprecedented growth and perseverance. This growth has led to (and is still leading to) vast opportunities of advancemment for both new and existing roles.

Svantaggi

Building managers are not always quick to resolve facility issues.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback. Growth is our focus; and so is making sure our facilities support that pace. Your input helps.

Vantaggi

- diverse workplace - left to your own devices, good for introverts - LGBT friendly and safe - loose business casual dress code (allows piercings, tattoos, dyed hair, graphic tees, etc) - friendly employees and team leads

Svantaggi

- top performer is essentially pointless, there is no bonuses or rewards - no incentive to do well or to "climb the ranks" - failed promises such as Christmas bonuses, paid-for trips every 5 years (this will be out of your own pocket despite being told it will be paid for), ability to work from home if you exceed expectations, mental health days being okay to wfh/pto yet punished for doing so, and yearly wage increases - you will be ghosted for asking about said undelivered promises - punished for asking to work from home, yet management and COO are able to live out of state - mandatory overtime (4 hours) that will be cut later each day in the week to be sent home one hour early. - constantly making cuts to the company in ways that hurt employees (worse health benefits plan, no longer working through lunch for OT, numerous issues with their own VPNs and websites, etc.) - does not care about your personal life or your own time outside of work - management is clearly disconnected from the employees and often don't seem to follow schedules of employees - cares more about the profits of the company than the health of their own employees - looks for reasons to let go of people whenever possible
