Great team to work with! - Recensione dipendente - Front End Developer presso Revive.Digital

A relaxed, blame-free environment with an 'all in' approach that goes above and beyond your typical company hierarchy structure. For the last two years, I've worked at Revive, and one of the most refreshing and reoccurring compliments I hear is people don't get the "Sunday scaries" before returning to work on a Monday. A great pool of clients to work with, over thirty staff of mixed ages and a chilled, social atmosphere to work within. Good work/life balance, no pressure to persist past 5 pm and flexibility for staff when required. Plus, the coffee machine is a godsend.

The outer building hallways some times smell like poop.

I've worked at Revive.Digital just over a year now and I can honestly say, this was the job role I always wished for. I had a bad experience working at an agency straight out of university, which knocked my confidence a lot, but being here has gradually built me back up to being myself again. I always wanted to work close to home, in a tight-knit agency, where the team are close and work together and that's exactly what I've got! I have a talented team around me, from my manager to my peers. All inspiring me and pushing me forward, to want to work harder for Revive to be the best it can be.

Of course, there are ups and downs in any job, but there has not been one problem where I don't feel able to address with my manager or boss. If an issue arises, I feel comfortable enough to talk to about it, so for now, no cons here.
