Revive was built around a bold mission—to help homeowners unlock the full value of their homes. That kind of ambition comes with real challenges. We’ve had to navigate rapid growth, shifting market conditions, and the growing pains of building something new. Not everything has gone perfectly, and like any founder, I’ve had to learn a lot along the way. One of the things I’m most proud of is the team we’ve built. I’m grateful for the leaders and teammates who’ve stepped up to shape the company’s direction and bring structure to our vision, including our COO, who you mentioned. We wouldn’t be where we are without them. I understand that not all roles or environments are the right fit for everyone. We hold high standards and move fast, and sometimes that leads to tough decisions around performance and alignment. Those decisions are never personal, but I recognize they can feel that way.
