Thank you for your honest review. The last five years have been ones of huge growth, and there have definitely been moments when we've had to re-strategise to accommodate. We can appreciate that those moments may sometimes look disorganised, but we're committed to building a sustainable business and product and hope that the way we communicate those changes in strategy are as clear as possible. We're constantly evaluating our business needs and strategy and we're not afraid of making changes - as long as we're delivering our best. We recognise that our company culture hasn't always been the best, but we've worked extremely hard in the last year to turn that around. From actioning feedback we receive in our Peakon surveys, to bringing in Culture and Diversity & Inclusion specialists, we're constantly working on improving the way we all work together. From the beginning, one of our core values has been Stronger Together, and we're committed to making sure that it's at the forefront of everything we do.
