We support our managers with our Management and Leadership Guild and our Learning and Development team is creating programmes to ensure to help get the best out of our management at all times. Our performance review process includes time for informal and formal check ins. Where people have been let go after a performance review, this follows formal review and discussion of their performance. Where people have been asked to leave the business for underperformance we aim to do this with care and sensitivity.
