HR is non-existent. I think there’s an HR ticketing system for support but I’m not sure anyone looks at it.
They claim to have good benefits, especially time off days and work from abroad, but there are number of caveats to the work from anywhere policy. I also didn’t have a single day off working there even when I took holiday. My holiday just meant that I worked eight hours a day instead of fifteen plus.
Senior leaders lack in experience - some of the weirdest one-to-ones I’ve ever had were at Revolut. Many managers don’t give feedback until ratings time (maybe) and when they do it’s passive aggressive and not direct. To make it worse, they have a matrix structure so technically you have two managers. All that means is that you have double the headaches. They have a new “manager hub” to teach and prepare people to lead, but it’s not very good when compared with similar trainings from other companies. That said, I doubt things will get better.
Attrition is incredibly high. Average stay seems to be about one year.
