- For every nice executive there are 5 aggressive bordering on abusive executives - Clueless department heads will get parachuted into departments that have zero experience in, cause a huge mess then be moved again without. - Career development is a con, no training budgets - Random executives that don't know you will mark you as underperforming and HR will side with them not you, even with evidence
