You will be doing multiple people’s workload, especially with the high turn over and constantly inheriting others work; easy burn out atmosphere, but burn out is not tolerated; negative attitude high pressure leadership trickles down so directors can be very nasty and colleagues are even out to get eachother, instead of supporting each other; lots of questionable behaviors, which make it not surprising that there has been no banking license granted yet; don’t expect any career progression or raise, even when you get strong ratings quarter after quarter after quarter
