- Equity not competitive by US tech standards, especially since it's issued at inflated valuation - Company stinginess can be a pain point (e.g. low quality hotels for business travel), but to leadership's credit, they have managed costs well and done no significant rounds of layoffs like much of the rest of tech sector - Culture is a positive point (coworkers go out to drinks, company hosts work events, etc.) but not super "warm and fuzzy" if that's what you're looking for
