Regrettably, I have observed concerning patterns of behavior exhibited by support management that are unbecoming of one human being to another. Current management may not be suitable for a position overseeing the well-being of others, and I believe it is crucial to share my observations with you, providing a clearer understanding before you decide to join this company or work under current management. Had I been aware of these behaviors, I would have reconsidered accepting an offer from this company. Management consistently demonstrated a lack of ability to listen to others and understand circumstances before hastily reaching negative conclusions and adopting an accusatory tone. Furthermore, I noticed that the workload on the Support and Professional Services teams seemed consistently overwhelming, which appeared to be an accepted norm within the organization. Additionally, my hiring by the support management was under false pretenses, as they promptly terminated my would-be partner over the weekend I started, thereby adding to the workload of the Professional Services and Support teams. On numerous occasions, management engaged in gaslighting, particularly in instances of miscommunications, misunderstandings, or unclear objectives, and when expressing concerns regarding the workload. I intervened multiple times to prevent the management from unfairly criticizing my colleagues over said misunderstandings and unclear objectives. Unfortunately, these negative behaviors escalated and culminated in my termination over a clerical ticket error, that was construed as not doing my job. This and a bruised ego, as I refused to cut short my vacation to address this minor ticket issue, which could have been easily resolved by another support person who was not on vacation. It appears that this problematic behavior might be ingrained in the company's culture, and there is a likelihood that current management may not amend their conduct or learn anything from this. These patterns of behavior have contributed to a significant turnover rate and uncomfortable toxicity within the support team, a fact corroborated discretely by others.
