People tend to bully, not understanding or just selfish which is not the case at the company, that's why there are none politics involved. Also the wide array of clients that you work with is a great mention. These are mostly large-cap firms and leaders in the region. Besides clients as well, the salary and the health care package are good. Also the office on the 46th floor with a view on the whole of Dubai is absolutely stunning.

Benefits can be improved by accommodating more advanced level of leaves. Think of a CSR & birthday leave. Career advancement is difficult due to the start-up environment that the agency works as. You need to address it as an employee, otherwise it goes past it due to all the work and growth the agency is undergoing to.
