You are constantly faced with new things to learn, if you love learning/being challenged then you will fit right in. Benefits are great especially compared to other places I have worked in the past.

As with any fast growing company there are growing pains. Everything is super fast paced and it can be hard to keep up.

Remote first is very nice.

The CEO has no business running a tech startup. Current management in development is constantly changing direction and they have no idea how to get us to succeed. Most engineers have been off-shored and management is happy with this strategy. The off shoring will continue until morale improves.
