Oh my god where do I start… 1. Management is awful and SLOW at doing anything. They don’t value your safety at all. 2. They support workplace bullying. I was bullied every shift I ever worked there.. not to mention how racist my co-workers were. 3. They illegally reprimanded me on something I wasn’t trained on. Our manager at the time did our training for us on Ilearn, so we didn’t get in trouble from higher ups. I’m doing this, a lot of our new hires didn’t know the basics of our be well card or anything important. We learned from what our co workers told us to do when we ultimately did something wrong. I was disciplined on something I was never trained on and had no union rep with me. I could go on and on but alas, I’ll save everyone the effort of reading it :/
