Horrible - Recensione dipendente - Inside Sales/Warehouse presso Rexel Group

I gave notice and the branch manager fired me. This branch is constantly downsizing and setting unrealistic sales goals. It restructured and management consistently threatened to close the doors and move the staff to Gexpro (their other company). Not to mention there are as many managers as workers, some employed from home who only send emails and micromanage. Poor management. Consistent negative interactions. Firing people when they give notice. Hiring new people that make more than those who are training them.
