I have been working at Rezolute for 3 years and I am very happy in my role and with the company in general. I have been provided with the ability to grow within my role and to take on new challenges frequently. I always feel supported and I know that if I need guidance, my manager is willing to provide it. Rezolute fosters a collaborative team environment. My co-workers are fantastic and our leadership team is approachable. Rezolute also provides a great work/life balance.

Over the past year, our team has grown significantly. As with any small company, growing pains are to be expected. We recently made a few organizational changes and implemented processes/systems to help improve the overall company structure and operation as we scale.
