The school administrators and some students focus too much on the "Rhodes lifestyle" and the donor base, often resulting in a lack of advancement and diversity on campus. Privileged is a huge issue that continues to cause issues between student groups and the greater community. Structurally, the small size of the campus makes it hard for advancement.
