-It is a chaotic environment.
-Lack of strategy for a short and mid term plans. (Long plan is provided by central office but they fail deadlines, bringing the issues to be solve in short term )
-Fire-extinguishing culture.
-Stressful and hostile environment- the lack of planning create clashes between different areas.
-Internal sub group that work inside the company to hide and protect members.
-HR is not a mediator but part of this sub group.
-Bad internal communication channels.
-I felt harassment several times from my boss and sexual harassment in 2 opportunities.
