Management was either not available or super micromanaging. No one provided an explanation as to why we do what we do so it made it difficult to do a good job or look for ways to improve. Pay was way too low (people working at Target or Walmart made more). Not enough proper or productive time to sync with the team to keep on track for project objectives. Meetings frequently went over a lot without asking the team if that was ok or if they had other work to do.
