- Management was always in chaos - Always delay payment - no respect for labor law at all - it's mid Feb now but I still haven't got my last payment for December - Toxic working culture, no work-life balance - The turnover rate is extremely high for such a small company, even people in the core management team keep leaving - The business model is basically a joke
