      Very warm and friendly environment. Senior Managers are very fair in their treatment of you, and they have strong family values. It's a hard working environment with a unified staff who want the company to succeed and do well.

      Being in the IT department, there wasn't as much growth as far as moving up because the IT Manager role was the highest support level.

      Inventory was fun, lots of food

      Intense bullying with no consequences. No management on site to deal with employee differences- the ‘old guard’ can do whatever they want and you just have to deal with it. Pay was not competitive or consistent.
