The residents are very kind. They tell you frequently how much you are appreciated.

The pay could be better but part has to do with our county doing wage banding.

Mrs. Lisa Smiley, Mrs Madre And Mrs Carla Johnson go out of there way to see that the patients are taking care of. This is a good place to work but the staff need to learn to pull together as a team and make the dream work as a team...I love my Ridgecrest team please go out and be them and get your own experience rumors carry weight but not everyone experience is the same. There's some bad apples in every bunch just go out with a loving open heart for the residents they'll be glad to have you ☺️

They have to learn to pull together as a team. Team work makes the dream work. Bickering makes everyone scatter and do they're own thing meaning just their group instead of feeling ok to mingle and help. Come together and see how much easier things can be for everyone.
