      They leave you to your own devices if you are on a project. You can negotiate for raises if you have something they need. If you are easily replaceable your experience will be different.

      Svantaggi

      Petty and vindictive management team. They will require you to go to training and to events, and use their poorly worded training policy to extract thousands of dollars out of you when you leave the company.
