We’re disappointed to hear that you had a negative experience while employed at Rimkus, as that’s the opposite of our desired outcome for any employee. Rimkus has a professional reputation for upholding the highest ethical standards, and we take your comments to the contrary seriously. Additionally, we strive for a work environment where all employees feel supported, valued, and heard.
We know our employees have a choice when deciding where to work, and we aim to create a professional environment that offers a supportive management team, innovative tools and technology, and competitive pay and benefits. To allow our employees to provide us with honest feedback, we conduct yearly anonymous surveys regarding all aspects of employment with Rimkus—and we listen carefully to the results. For example, we recently improved our Paid Time Off policy to be more in line with industry/market standards and to better fit the needs of our team members. Likewise, the tools and technology we offer our employees are, in fact, cutting-edge and as up to date as what is currently available on the marketplace.
