Fast pacing environment if you’re into that. The company is rapidly growing and you can make a lot of money here. This company is for those who want to come in and make this job your entire life. There is no micromanaging and as long as you check in with leadership they let you be most of the day. Young and hungry company so you’re working with a lot of younger individuals.

Svantaggi

Zero work balance whatsoever. Dont bother taking your PTO because they’ll raise quota multiple times within 4-5-6 months. They expect you to hit quota every single month and if you’re falling behind slightly you really should work overtime. There was individuals who worked 8 am to 7 pm sometimes and would sneakily change the truth behind their cold call just to get prospects to sit down with account executives for no true reason as to why they’re meeting. It was suggested to NOT take PTO for your first 4 months in the role so you don’t fall behind. All they want is individuals who want to make work and Rippling their entire life. No 401k matching either.

High-caliber team, product managers who listen to customer feedback, amazing leadership, compelling work. Great fit for accountants who want to interact with customers in a scalable function instead of living in spreadsheets and dealing with dated technology and processes.

Svantaggi

Expectations are high, but training and enablement set you up for success. "Make it happen" mentality required. The plane is definitely being built while it's in the air, so patience and proactive communication with the product team is essential, but things are constantly improved as a direct result of clear, constructive, public feedback.

Really depends what team you're on but I like the team I'm on and being in a highly competitive environment. Great place to work if you're early in your sales career.

Not matching our 401K drives me nuts so definitely not going to be here for the long term. Turnover rate is high on other teams
