Working outside work hours often, pay is mediocre, US employees on support are hourly with PTO/Sick time that needs to be accrued, whereas the India employees on support are salaried with unlimited PTO/sick time, so it’s not really proportional for US employees, as the team in India requests so much time off, which limits US employees abilities to request time off as support teams have limits on how many people can request off at a time.
