STAY AWAY. They do not care about a single rep here. No one hits quota and leadership freaks out over it and decides to increase quota and other KPIs because wE NeEd MoRe VoLuMe! There is constant change and you are forced to adopt it with ZERO transition time. Leadership does not know what the day to day looks like so their decisions are normally terrible. It feels like they make changes to get people to quit. Management also plays insane favorites and the people they don’t like will get treated so so so poorly. They raised quota because they promised outbound would be getting more inbounds but our inbound leads have significantly decreased. Management does not offer any help and does not try to develop you in the role. Management does not also take feedback well and will get offended when you are not doing things their way even if it’s not working for you. You WILL be micromanaged. You have to send daily emails to all SDR management explaining your KPIs and what went well and things you are going to stop, start, and continue. You also have to sit on the Nooks sales floor and dial 2 hours a day so your manager can listen even though you are making calls right next to them. They are making the reps spray and pray because our KPIs are so ridiculous. You also get one book of business for the entire year with about 1200 accounts but 300 of them aren’t even real companies. Your BoB will be burned within a few weeks or months just because of the volume and you have to work with crumbs towards the end of the year. Also good luck getting promoted lol.
