The company suffers from a deeply disorganised and mistrust-driven culture. There is a lack of clear leadership structure, with authority often exercised informally rather than transparently. Expectations change frequently, planning is minimal, and decisions are reactive rather than considered. Despite being hired into a senior technical role, I was not provided with basic equipment or tooling for an extended period and was expected to work in good faith while promises were repeatedly delayed. There is a heavy focus on monitoring and time tracking rather than outcomes, which creates an atmosphere of mistrust. This is particularly frustrating when combined with poor communication and last-minute demands. Concerns raised professionally were not meaningfully addressed. Instead, there was a tendency to deflect, minimise, or shift responsibility rather than engage constructively. Overall, the culture prioritises control over trust and urgency over quality, which makes it a challenging environment for experienced professionals.
