Owners are not qualified to run the business Lots of competitive attitudes Owners kids (who are also unqualified) are the only ones getting promotions Product quality isn't great Lack of empathy and understanding with management Not a lot of opportunity for growth Very old school management mentality Pay isn't that great (have to fight for raises) Expectation of work output is ridiculous The online risk system is garbage

Great manager and colleagues in my department, fully remote, accommodating, encourages growth and development.

A bit disorganized, process optimization would be very beneficial. Communication across teams in the organization could use improvement, sometimes feedback wasn't addressed/lack of follow through.
