-Remote work -Helpful co-workers -I've seen co-workers make 140K in commission in one month and many of the long term employees make 100K+ -One of the few companies that have a great brand reputation that anytime you call a customer they are delighted to hear from you -I think commission is very fair -Work life balance is fair -They don't care how many calls you make, how much effort your putting in as long as you hit your targets, if you hit your targets your fine -If your independent, you can work on your own, as long as your hitting your targets

-RBFS charges much more than all of it's competitors -Lots of gossiping between certain staff but that's a micro issue/hieracy is confusing -Tough to advance in your career, if you move to another department, your pay doesn't go up by much -After AM1, you can be AM2 and AM3 but that's about it -Base salary is very low -Lots of the leads have been already called through -Sometimes people from other teams steal sales/accounts -Selling insurance felt like a scam -With my SM, I found she gossiped sometimes, especially about ex-employees and Idk didn't feel that was a good look, wasn't happy with the way I got my PIP either, she's like don't worry it's not a big deal please sign it. Then after she insinuated I'm just happy with my basepay, even though the metrics show I'm working hard
