Corporate structure allows little room for independent decision making within a store; Too much emphasis on giving flu shots and sticking to quotas; corporate wide misuse of metrics as a means of punishment when quotas are not met, as opposed to using them for measuring and keying staff into where inefficiencies may lie; Little control over staffing; Long days with few if any breaks, etc...
