•Chronic understaffing •Stores closing left and right •Constantly adding to workload without compensation or additional hours for proper staffing •Drastically cutting hours •Allows staff to be verbally and physically abused •Rewards a $25 gift card to patients for bad behavior when leaving a baseless or utterly ridiculous complaint so the cycle of bad behavior can repeat •Took away good perks that made working for the company worth the abuse •no work/life balance because it’s hard to live life surviving on 40–sometimes less— hours PER MONTH •You will have to try and find other stores with available hours or get a second job
