Very well illuminated and temperature controlled facility. Excellent place to start and learn. During my time HR always made sure my health benefits, 401k, and other needs were always addressed promptly. Excellent PTO time and excellent health benefits for the size of the company. CEO always made sure employees got the best health Insurance policy.

Semi-Conductor industry has a lot of high and low times, "That has nothing to due with the company itself though". Was always employed with no pay cuts for my position, through the good and bad times.

Some of the people are nice and friendly, and donuts on fridays

Supervisor shows favoritism to certain people and it's very obvious. They don't care about employees as much as they say they do. They do not have enough man power to complete the jobs so it makes everyone else work 11 hours a day for 6 days a week. You are looked down upon if you take PTO unless your one of the leads or favorites then you take PTO when we are the busiest so that there crew has to come in on weekends
