Great Company, Poor Leadership - Recensione dipendente - Microbiologist presso Ritedose

Poor management, work schedule changes (shift and hours) with no warning, uneven distribution of work loads, favoritism. Mainly in the Microbiology department for all these cons. Other departments seem to be much better.
