Complete disregard towards technical departments - Recensione dipendente - Network Engineer presso Ritter Communications

1. Most of engineers and analysts in technical departments are underpaid and heavily overworked. 2. Ritter became "farmhouse" for other companies which are willing to pay more for qualified employees. When we brought this up to management / HR, they kept ignoring, pretending that employees were happy. For the last few years, a lot of engineers left for better opportunities because of that. 3. They added extra work on Network Operations and gave no raise whatsoever.
