Folks are nice. Their recruiters do an amazing job of finding awesome people to fill roles. Benefits are good also. They'll especially kiss up to anyone in sales. If you want to 'sell sell sell,' as is this year's initiative, this is your place for sure.

For any technical positions, I'd say skip this place. They don't value their engineers and technicians like they should. All credit goes to the sales folks - every time. Any problem big or small, it's their engineers' fault every time. Higher up the chain, the swamp gets deeper with their 'Architects,' (which is the most bogus invention I've ever seen) who consist of all the problematic individuals who've been there too long to get rid of, so they get promoted instead. Everything is very siloed. If you're the type that likes getting stuff done in a timely manner and with little drama, RUN. Everything is complicated, simple things will take months and the buck is constantly being passed to a higher up or another department. There's at least a 90 percent chance it'll get forgotten about and lost in the fray. It's very odd how these problems, and others, keep getting identified and brought up in every meeting on every level, but just continue to get worse. I also very much doubt I'll see much in the way of promotions or pay raises. Once you're in a spot, expect to be there long term and don't hope for a raise or much of an incentive to do more than the basics needed to maintain the status quot. Definitely the sheeple's dream.
