They will make up quotas that don't even exist, and good luck being praised for anything you do well. But at the first tiny slip-up, you will be bashed. It's funny because this company gives absolutely nothing, and expects everything. There's a reason people leave this company the first chance they get. People are looking for a real job with a living wage. These fake five star reviews do not tell the real story of Ritter.
