1. Highly unprofessional 2. Treat employees like servants. 3. Toxic work culture 4. Doesn't respect your work. 5. No paid leaves for the employees and has a habit of giving work on Sundays frequently. There are many incidents I can talk about while working with her but I guess above mentioned points are enough to not consider working with her. Joining Ritu Beri Designs was the biggest mistake of my life.
