Hostile and punitive work environment. Micromanaging is the norm and highly practice by manager and supervisors. Employees have no voice or opinion. Management has no idea how to empower their employees. Supervisors are afraid to speak on behalf of their subordinates. Employees feel unvalued and are threaten with write ups for insignificant issues. No opportunity for advancement unless you kiss your way there.
