5yThis review was brought to my attention first thing this morning, and I felt it was important to respond directly. Creating a sense of belonging is at the heart of everything we do and is personally important to me. We have zero tolerance for the behaviors you have shared, which are absolutely counter to the inclusive culture we are working hard to build.
As a member of the People team, you will have seen that escalation of problematic behaviors allows us to swiftly and decisively take action. Should you see behavior anywhere in Rivian that is in conflict with our values, I invite you to reach out to me directly with feedback or concerns. I assure you that I will work to resolve any issues with discretion and with respect.
If for any reason you are uncomfortable speaking with me directly, please reach out to your People Partner or make a report anonymously through our internal hotline. We have these channels in place to ensure that our environment is always reflective of the culture we all want to be part of.
