HR is very unhelpful and a group that gossips, holds grudges, and does not allow anything to be held in confidence. Imagine it, and the one group whose job it is to protect employees is actually a villain. As a result, you can’t share anything that’s going poorly. You have to keep it to yourself otherwise it will be quietly used against you and you will be exited gracefully.
