The inefficiencies make it nearly an impossible place to work, due in part to the redundancies that exist in mid-upper to upper management and continual restructuring of departments. Because of this, no one knows who the final decision maker is which leads to no one taking ownership of programs. Losing months trying to get one decision made to kick off projects is incredibly common. If you can roll with it, you'll be good. But people who like structure and general processes, beware.
