Now work life balance, management still sticks to old values and doesn't want to improve. Management have zero respect towards their front end staff. HR is a scam, if we complain anything to them, they inform the management and screw us more. No work life balance. Front end staff sometimes do alarmingly straight and tiring shifts which start at 10am and sometimes end at 1am (that's 15 hours), Yes you do get compensation but your health is heavily affected. This company feels there is no life outside it.
