Employees may experience limited support when navigating workplace concerns. Workplace culture felt hierarchical and collaboration across teams could be stronger. Management style was very traditional and may not be fit for employees seeking a more modern development focused environment. The location and surrounding industrial area were not ideal for me personally smelling like oil all day.
