      Unrealizable company strategy due to Management's poor knowledge of the industry. Micromanagement. Lacks of employees privacy. Unprofessional and sometimes sexist attitude of the management.

      I had such an amazing experience here. I felt so welcomed by the team and gained a ton of experience in analytical chemistry. I also gained a newfound appreciation for fragrances that carries with me today. My degree was actually in another scientific field, and this internship is what set me up for my first job out of college as a chemist. I am forever grateful for my experience here and for everyone who supported me throughout my summer internship. It was sad to leave, and I still think about my time here with fond memories.
