You get free food after you work 12-14 hour days for events. "Early Release" on Fridays is supposed to be at 3PM, but you'll never get to actually leave at that time because you're expected to do 10 jobs in one.

You're expected to work 50+ hours a week - your personal time is not respected in any way shape or form. It is run by a family that cannot work together, and are completely divided in everything that they do. They are also competitive with each other, and drag your position into their drama at every turn. Management is not real management, and the "perks" such as monthly bonuses and "team bonuses" are not genuine, and literally never happen. The amount of stress you will endure working here is not worth it, apply somewhere else. I started losing my hair 6 months in. Also, they expect you to work 4-6 events a month, but will only say 2 in your interview - which means you will have 4-6 days a month that you are there from 7:45am - 9/10pm at night, and will never have that time given back to you. You are also given the responsibilities of 5 positions and expected to deliver at every turn for all 5 positions. They also push their personal political agenda onto you at all times, in every conversation.
