They submit their requests for vacation a year in advance to ensure they get all of the Stat holidays. The office manager knows nothing about insurance and listens to whatever senior employees tell her about other employees. Unprofessional, expectations are too high, sick days are discouraged. Verbal abuse from clients happens often and is allowed.
