The training was really in-depth and that was a bonus since prior to working for this company, I had no experience working as a medical scribe.

The company did not listen to its employees and the work wasn't guaranteed. The patient encounters were prerecorded and you didn't have a specific provider to work for. There weren't enough notes to do so the scribes basically had to fight over notes. They then launched a new AI system that was absolute garbage. I was part of the pilot program for the AI and let them know over and over again that it made scribing the notes much more complicated and take 4 times as long to do. They kept losing providers due to this and then one day, I went into work and everyone in the company was told to join a Google Meet call. That's when they told us they were closing and we had like 3 days left that we could work before there would be no more work. The company shut down and I was forced to try to find another job as quickly as possible. They ended up not paying their scribes the performance bonuses that they earned from the prior quarter. This company was an absolute nightmare and I really hope they don't try to launch under a new company name yet again.
