      Lots of vertical integration, so many opportunities to solve problems at the infra layer, platform / tooling layer, and application layer. The breadth of engineering is refreshing and similar to big tech, but without as large of an engineering org in sheer numbers, so impact is readily available

      Svantaggi

      Difficulty getting clarity and alignment with leadership on product roadmap and priorities. Shifting direction can cause thrash on product teams and result in a more stressful environment.

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
